The Chief Executive Officer of the Odotobri Rural Bank Limited, Mr. Siaka Baba Ahmed, has been honoured by the Board of Directors of the Bank for his tremendous achievements as well as having served the Bank for the past 15 years.

After serving the Bank for the previous eleven years, he was appointed as the General Manager in November 2010 and promoted to CEO in December 2012.

ODOTOBRI RURAL BANK RECORDS INCREASE IN PROFIT

Odotobri Rural Bank in the Amansie Central District of the Ashanti Region recorded a 65 per cent increase in profit for 2012 by amassing GH¢1,584,664.57 as against GH¢954,812.40 for the previous year.

This performance was achieved as a result of prudent management strategies that slowed down the increase in operational expenses of the bank.

ODOTOBRI RURAL BANK OPENS THE 8TH BRANCH

The Odotobri Rural Bank Limited at Jacobu in the Amansie Central District of Ashanti Region has inaugurated the Agric Nzema branch in Kumasi. This brings to eight the number of branches currently being operated by the Bank.

The branches include Jacobu, Obuasi, Bekwai, Asawase, Maakro, Krofrom and Roman Hill -- all in the Ashanti Region.

ODOTOBRI RURAL BANK DONATES GENERATOR TO ST. PETERS HOSPITAL.

The Odotobiri Rural Bank (ORB) has provided an 80 KV power generator to the St. Peter’s Hospital at Jacobu to guarantee an uninterrupted power supply to the hospital.

The bank funded the installation of the generator at GH¢ 2, 000, 00. Additionally, the bank has again presented a cheque for GH¢ 2,000.00 to enable the hospital authorities to extend electricity to other departments of the hospital.
