ODOTOBRI RURAL BANK SUPPORTS ST. PETER’S HOSPITAL IN THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19

Odotobri Rural Bank has donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) worth Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS20,000) to St. Peter’s Hospital in Jacobu in the Amansie Central District of Ghana as part of efforts to support COVID-19 Outbreak Response in Ghana. Items donated included Liquid Soap, Hand Sanitizers, Infra-red thermometer (Temperature guns), Nose masks, gloves, disinfectants, spirit etc.

In a brief ceremony, Mr. Benedict Boadi (Board Member) and Mr. Evans Aidoo (Ag. Chief Executive Officer) presented these items on behalf of the Bank to the Administrator of the Hospital, Mr. Francis Barnie Asenso with a section of the media present.

According to Mr. Benedict Boadi, the Bank is committed to the well-being of its customers as well as the general populace. The items are to equip the health workers in their fight against the deadly pandemic, corona virus. Receiving the items, Mr Francis Barnie Asenso thanked the Bank for such a timely intervention as these would help in their readiness to handle any suspected cases that would come to their facility.
